You are solely responsible for the dance videos, photos, and messages you upload to Faye. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Faye a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the community.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

Posting content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on copyrights.
Harassing or bullying other community members.
Posting sexually explicit or inappropriate content.
Using the app for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms or disrupt the community environment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Faye is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any content posted by users or for any damages resulting from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
